Import
Load BOMs, ERP/material-master stock and optional physical stock or part-master mappings.
CTB (CLEAR TO BUILD) RECOVERY
CTB Recovery combines BOM requirements, actual stock and live supplier data to calculate the real buildable quantity, expose exact blockers and identify the minimum recovery action.
Designed for EMS, NPI, Materials, Planning and Manufacturing Engineering teams.
VALIDATION CASE
HOW IT WORKS
Load BOMs, ERP/material-master stock and optional physical stock or part-master mappings.
CTB calculates the maximum finished quantity supported by every material requirement.
Shortages are mapped to exact manufacturer part numbers with manufacturer safeguards.
Live supplier results are evaluated against MOQ, price breaks and the true recovery target.
CURRENT VALIDATION
In the current validation case, six blockers were identified. Live supplier checks showed five sourceable blockers. One part still capped the build at 77 units.
Instead of buying every sourceable shortage toward the full 100-unit request, CTB optimized the plan only to the confirmed 77-unit recovery ceiling.
Validation data shown is a test case, not a customer claim. Supplier inventory and pricing are point-in-time and must be rechecked before ordering.
DESIGNED TO FAIL SAFELY
Shared MPN text across manufacturers is never silently accepted.
No-stock, not-found, ambiguous and API-error states remain visible.
Alternative parts require engineering approval; CTB does not silently substitute them.
PILOT PARTNERS WANTED
We are looking for a small number of EMS/NPI/Materials teams willing to compare CTB Recovery with their current build-readiness process.
No CadBas dependency. XLSX or CSV is enough for a pilot.
